Huh, I keep running into people from Japan here... or some version of it, anyway! How long've you been here in Wonderland? I've only been here a couple weeks myself.
I'd like to think all Japans are the same, just...in different years. For instance, it was 2009 last time I checked.[Because mun was unaware DRRR's canon was '03 before I said that for the first time.] But ah...
[There was something about Izaya that was so... Rise couldn't describe it. She had to be careful around him, although for some reason she did like talking to him all the same.]

So maybe one day you can be the judge of that. Though it's my opinion that no one can change themselves that much.
