[So basically, this video starts off staring at a wall. But if you think it's just any wall, you're WRONG.

It's a BLANK WALL.

And it continues to stream this same picture for a moment until something starts sliiiiding into the view. By the way, if you think it's Izaya, you're also wrong.

Instead, it's a full length mirror that, also eventually shown, is being shoved into place by this Orihara. Apparently satisfied with its new location, he grins and finally picks up the communication device. This makes the entire feed a little more obvious now.

Izaya is standing in his bathroom -- now between the mirror he just moved, and the mirror already on the wall. He finally speaks:
]

Hey, so, I've can't stop thinking about those mirrors...has anyone else found some way to deter them or anything?

...But don't you always watch people?

[identity profile] has-signed-on.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 04:54 am (UTC)(link)
No way, that's completely different since they mean to have someone watch it then.

Most of the time. That also can't be helped~

[identity profile] last-liar.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 04:55 am (UTC)(link)
So you don't watch things you shouldn't?

[Somehow...somehow he doesn't believe that. :|]

[identity profile] has-signed-on.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 05:14 am (UTC)(link)
Well if I see it before I know that I'm not supposed to have...that's the part that can't be helped. Or maybe part of the part. You understand, right?

[Basically you better hope you never have some random accidental videos, Yuu. This bitch will know. :|]

[identity profile] last-liar.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 05:18 am (UTC)(link)
....Yeah, I think so.

[And what he understands is that he needs to keep his camera in a drawer when he's not using it.]

[identity profile] has-signed-on.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 05:50 am (UTC)(link)
[Wat gdi--er, he nods.] Good. That's basically the difference then. You can't just look into your mirror and see what your neighbor is doing, or...I don't think you can?

[identity profile] last-liar.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 05:54 am (UTC)(link)
I can't, at least.

It's a little weird to talk to them, when they're on their side. Because I know they can see me, but I can't see them, even though we're talking.

[identity profile] has-signed-on.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 06:19 am (UTC)(link)
Waaait, you've had some kind of extended contact with a mirror while they were on their side before?

[identity profile] last-liar.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 06:24 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah. He wrote on the surface with some kind of ink. I could see that, but nothing else.

[identity profile] has-signed-on.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 06:49 am (UTC)(link)
Huh...that's kind of unfair. Why didn't you tell me about something cool like that before?

[identity profile] last-liar.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 06:52 am (UTC)(link)
...Am I supposed to report who I talk to to you?

[identity profile] has-signed-on.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 03:07 pm (UTC)(link)
No of course not, you silly conclusion-jumping teenager~

[identity profile] last-liar.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 06:57 pm (UTC)(link)
Just when it's interesting and has to do with the mirrors.

[identity profile] has-signed-on.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 09:13 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes. Yes that exactly. That's not to say I don't care about the average human or their interactions, but I can find those sorts of things out on my own very easily.

[identity profile] has-signed-on.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 09:38 pm (UTC)(link)
Alright, well if there's anything else, let me know!

I have to go see if the closet will give me anything I can shove in front of the mirror on the bedroom wall~!

[identity profile] last-liar.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 09:40 pm (UTC)(link)
You know they can still hear you, right?

[identity profile] has-signed-on.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 09:55 pm (UTC)(link)
... I hadn't even thought of ways to overcome that. Do you think mass amounts of duct tape would work?

That would look tacky though...

[identity profile] last-liar.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 10:00 pm (UTC)(link)
I don't think so... I mean, covering them up other ways doesn't work, so I don't think it's something that can be sealed off.

[identity profile] has-signed-on.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 10:49 pm (UTC)(link)
But if you think of it like a window instead of a mirror...you can hear though a window, but enough of anything would eventually block sound out.

[identity profile] last-liar.livejournal.com 2011-04-26 10:52 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah, but...I don't really think they follow the rules of physics. I mean, nothing else here does.
